In practice, keeping trained caregivers on the floor is the expected standard of responsible care.

There is no childcare-specific anaphylaxis or epinephrine framework in The Bahamas, and adrenaline auto-injectors are prescription-only and are not kept on hand in day-care settings. Where a child is known to be at risk, the sensible course is to work from the family's own prescription — securing written parental consent, clear instructions and safe, reachable storage so that help is never locked away in an emergency.
